The weather has been so hot and humid that I haven't cycled very often. An exercise bike for indoors is too expensive for me right now. Maybe Santa will bring me one?

I run 3x per week, alternating "long" and interval runs. I am getting more consistent about strength training using dumbbells (6-lb, 8-lb, 10-lb and 20-lb) and body weight. I have a set of bands, too, but haven't been using them much.

My chronically tight hips are bothering me, so now I'm working on flexibility more now, too--especially piriformis and hamstring stretches--ouch. Need to figure out how to make that a habit, something I do after every run without even thinking.

Do you prefer cardio or strength? What about flexibility? I've been moving away from yoga workouts and doing more strength lately!!!
