Glad to see Hello Fresh is introducing you to the joy and taste of real whole fresh foods. Hope you and your family will be blessed with health as perhaps you and your taste buds will change from all the packaged (non)foods so prevalent these days to God's fresh, nutritious foods! Cooking - and meals - can be simple AND delicious!

In the spirit of adventure & trying to get to a spirit that likes cooking, I'm trying out Hello Fresh meal delivery 2x/week that delivers produce & a recipe card that always only has 6 steps. So far:
- I love it; love the food, love the prep & cooking, love having only 6 step, love realizing that its only 30 mins - there are easier ways to cook.
- I really love that its actually become a teaching method for me to learn how to cook tastier, simpler, easy meals that I hadn't envisioned before like sautéed green beans with garlic & olive oil rather than the bland boiling I has used that made the green beans tasteless.
- I'm liking fresh produce rather than canned convenience packaging
- I love sitting with my family and playing Foodie Critic as we chat about what we like, what we'd change
- I love how I feel after I've given up the CRAP diet (No Carbonated, Refined, Artificial, or Processed)

Just wanted to share a restart in dieting for nutrition rather than dieting for a bathroom scale - also love how nutrition really does impact weight loss - double win.
