My new goals are to:
find the smaller things in life
rationalizing reasons not to..... is out of the question,
restart my new program...

my goal is o stay within 1500 cal everyday this week, exercise thrice this week, and do atleast 10 hours of study a day (med school exams comin up this month!!)

keep going.... coz stopping surely isnt gonna get you anywhere!!

MY GOAL FOR THE MONTH IS TO CONTINUE WORKING OUT 4-5 DAYS A WEEK. I AM ALSO TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO RUN. I PLAN ON RUNNING AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK THIS MONTH.

My goal this week is to eat paleo-esque M-F and cut down my wine intake.
My goal overall for the month is to lose 8 pounds and record what I eat.

my goals:

* lose ~1.5lbs a week
* eat clean and workout dirty!
* get my knee stronger enough to get back to 'regular' zumba this month (I had a knee injury and was out for the count for a bit, just now have been starting the lower-impact zumba 'gold')
* continue getting back into a regular gym routine (just moved, new gym!)

My only goal this month is the marathon. I am running a marathon on Oct 16 in San Francisco. I just want to finish in under 6.5 hours.

October goals are to get back into running. I keep talking about it and saying that I'm going to do it, but now's the time. Tomorrow. I'm packing my gear and going out after work. I wanted to go today, but the errands that I ran took way longer than I expected.

I'll have all the laundry put away tonight so I can find everything that I need all week to exercise.

And especially if I start running this week I'll have enough time to train for a Turkey Trot 5K. Here's to a sweaty & tired tomorrow.

My monthly goal is to make October into Walktober - doing all walking workouts - I have lots of Leslie Sansone and 2 Chris Freytag walk DVD's.

I have a patella sublixion (sp?) so I can not do high impact right now. going through Phys. Ther. (drat...)

Wondering how many miles I'll do...

Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.

Cookie dough ice cream each day keeps the skinny jeans away!

My goal for this month is to continue drinking as much water as I always do (8-15glasses/day). Also, I would like to start eating more fruit and vegetables...if anyone has any good tricks to do this (other than just eat them!), they would be much appreciated. Lastly, I plan to keep working out 4-6 days a week. I would like to be able to jog a 5K...and then a 10K one day.

I am planning to do something every single day. Even if it's just walking on the track at the park once I drop the kids off at school. If it's raining I'm going to do an exercise video. I want to at least get an exercise habit going for at least one month straight! (Usually if I get the exercise together it's easier for me to start eat healthier).

So far, my goals are to get in at least 3 ST workouts. However, I go to physical therapy for my foot tomorrow for the first time, so we will see what they have me doing. I'm super excited about the PT, I've been waiting so long!
