For Monday, 4/11, please post a new message and post your beginning weight from 3/28 and your most current weight, whether it's from 4/11, 4/10, 4/9...doesn't matter, just post it on the 11th. So your posting will look like:

I'm down 2.5 this week. Of course, I had been out of town for a long weekend and I had gained 2.5. I'm just glad it's gone and I can continue to go down.

Oh my....I'm going in the wrong direction. My last weigh-in was 213 and I was so excited. I went out of town for a long weekend and came back at 215.5. I have debated whether to join this challenge but after reading all of your posts I've decided maybe this is what I need. This is my first challenge at Spark People so I'm not sure how it works.
