Thank you for posting this challenge. I will try to participate. Between working full times, going back to school, a wedding to plan, and 6 kids at home, life is busy. I will do my best.

Physical: I will exercise 3 days or more per week and do what I can on days I work at the hospital.
Spiritual: I will say my prayers daily. This has been hard since I start running errands and dealing with crises from when I wake up.
Emotional: I will listen to uplifting music 5 days per week.
Environmental: I will clean 30 minutes on the days I am home from work and ask for help from my former nanny/housekeeper next week before the wedding and family arriving.
Sticking point: I will do school work daily to maintain my grades and be successful (unless things are crazy at work and time does not permit. I will try to get ahead on my days off to allow for this possibility.

Each of us has different challenges but I like the format.

Exercise: Improve flexibility and lower body strength 3 days per week. . Upper body workouts on alternate days.

Spiritual: Reach Book of Mormon. I'm having a hard time making it to Sunday School on the weeks I attend church. I'm going to read anyway. It will have to be enough for now.

Emotional: I will "choose happiness" at least once per day. Sometimes it means eliminating negative people in my life and sometimes it means doing something just for me.

Environmental: Dishes loaded daily, sweep or vacuum at least 3 times a week.

Sticking point: work on "projects" and reduce clutter by completing them.

I would like to be under 200 pounds by the time my missionary comes home near my birthday. I will also turn 50. So I was thinking we could all join in together in planning a challenge.

Physical: I will exercise 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes (and take my medicine).
Spiritual: I will study my scriptures 6 days a week for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Emotional: I will do something creative or joyful 5 days a week.
Environmental: I will declutter 10 minutes everyday.
Sticking point: I will do something that has been bugging me daily.

You are welcome to change your topics if something else suits you.
Please join me in making this an awesome year. emoticon
