I'm trying to be a better finisher. I start so many things, and leave them unfinished--including exercise plans, and lots of other things.

I struggle with consistency. It is OK for a day or two and then life steps in and any plans I have are gone. Sometimes I eat out of frustration and for self comfort. Sometimes I eat from boredom. Sometimes I eat things I didn't plan for because I'm just tired or hurried or just want to.

I'm also good to work on activity. That would be in keeping with the Pioneer spirit.

What is your biggest sticking point? What do you need to work on the most?

I want to create a meaningful challenge. I don't know where to start that would apply to everyone so please share your struggles so we can try to figure out what would be a good starting place for the July challenge.
