I loved water aerobics. I have never tried an water exercycle. That could be lots of fun. Challenge yourself but, don't be unkind. That is my goal for me and I think it is a good one.

I was doing very well until about 2 1/2 months ago when things kind of fell apart.Regular chronic health conditions flared up and new ones developed. Then my Dad went into intensive care and I flew there to be with him. He passed away and then there was his funeral. There were some unresolved issues to work out afterwards. I am an emotional eater and that kicked in. Physical limitations pretty well temporarily cut out exercise. That's things in a nutshell. Lol.

So, your eating at least one veg per day was a good start with food. It's something I can do and feel good about! Today I went back to Aquafit and feel great! I even tried the water Exercycle and found I can do that! My confidence is starting to build again. Another thing that is helping me is that I have begun to organize my home more and create a more positive atmosphere. I am feeling good about being more productive. Working in my garden strengthens me too.

I also had a very good interview with my Branch President.
