Thank you for delivering to us the winning edge! Great article!
I enjoy my day of...time out!
I have set a small goal of breaking 160 and not going back up again. To be successful, I will:
- walk before breakfast at least 4 times/week.
- plan my meals each evening for the next day
- do cross-training exercises 15 minutes/day
- track my food and exercise accurately every day
Good Basics-I consider common knowledge. The thing I don't get is 'Diet (ers)' If they end up on a diet-They were not so 'smart' to begin with??
My teams are the best
