Fantastic. I've used acupressure since I heard about it.
One day, I had intense neck-shoulder pain and asked a friend to 'find the knot then press as hard as you can for 20 seconds.' After less than 10 seconds, she stopped so she wouldn't hurt me. While I could still feel the spot, I reached over with the other hand and pressed as hard as I could for over 20 seconds. Ahh the release.
Note: the first couple of times, there might be a weird momentary sensation. Report
