I've gone to various gyms. Getting in shape for a the Relay for Life, my goal was over 30 minutes on the treadmill. Sometimes I talked to the men. One single man seemed to take a particular interest in me. I just let him talk without much response. Eventually he found out I'm married.

Other times, the men have been really helpful if I asked. It was fun to shock one man when I doubled the weights on the leg press (my specialty.) At the same time, I was doing the bench press with no weight on the bar.

Start light. If it is super easy after 10 reps, add a little more weight. Report
