Good to know.
Thanks for sharing
Not quite ready for this following back surgery but still a good read for when the time comes.
I've fallen away from this habit. I'm going to schedule some of these style workouts back into my routine again. Thanks.
I needed this today
I have been doing this for a while with Turbo Jam workouts and Taebo which I believe are HIIT training workouts or ones from Cathe. They are effective and have modifiers in too that you can follow.
Have been doing HITT for about 3 weeks, I believe its much more effective than steady one pace efforts.
Interesting, but I cannot do this.
Worth a try
Would be nice if SP had H.I.I.T. in the list of exercises.
Hey Dean, this was a very interesting article. I've been hearing a lot about HITT training and I'd like to see it in action before I try it. Is there a video someplace in the sparksphere I could watch and get some direction from?
Thank you in advance for you assistance!
