ALL of these statements can be true SOMETIMES. And under other circumstances, all of these statements can be FALSE. In order to lose weight, OVER TIME, you must burn more calories than you consume. In order to create a diet and exercise HABIT, you probably DO need to force yourself, at least in the beginning, to make changes. It IS about will power, especially when co-workers bring in boxes of donuts or the rest of your family is lazing around the house during your workout time. Sometimes, you DO get motivated when you finally hit bottom and realize you can't stand the way you look and feel anymore, and that YOU are the only one who can change it. This DOES mean being brutally honest with yourself, especially if you're morbidly obese. Report
