Congratulations Veronica! It so amazing that you did this without surgery just by improving your lifestyle (eating and activity habits) towards better health. Also, you discovered the "power of community", which is so important to so many of us! I used to weigh 217 and have lost and regained hundreds of pounds over the past 10 years. I am about 175 now (I am also 5'4", really 5'3.5") and I am continuing to work towards wellness and a weight under 142. Thank you so much for sharing your story!
