A Quick, Zero-Equipment Cardio Workout

By , Jessica Smith, Certified Personal Trainer
Are you getting bored with your cardio routine? Spice things up with this quick, efficient (and kinda fun!) cardio workout that can be done with or without impact in a small space at home. I’ll show modification options during the routine, so be sure to stick with whatever works best for your body!
The multi-directional moves used in this workout won’t just help you burn calories; they’ll also help develop agility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness, too! Oh, and good news--this workout does NOT contain a single burpee, squat thrust or any floor work. (Be sure to watch for my puppy Peanut’s cameo appearance in this vid!)

Did this as a beginner to going so fast and for so long by going more slowly and walking in place when I got winded. I'll use this video as a guide while I pick up the pace. TY Report

I was disappointed by this video. It is too fast paced. The instructions for this boot camp stated it was for all levels but I am 68 and could get hurt or injured by this pace and foot work. I opted for stationary cycle for my cardio today. I did 30 min. With 60 - 70 RPMs. At level 5. Also did some 1 min. Sprints at 80 RPMs. This got my heart rate up and made me sweat. Report

I am NOT light on my feet, lol ~ made the mistake of doing this too soon after a meal and it totally kicked my butt. Will be a good gauge of progress during the month though! Excited to try it again. Report

Did 10 minutes today and cool down. Will save to build up time - must keep LOW impact. Thank you. Report
Oh... that felt good. It's been hard to get full cardio during the pandemic. I've walked at least 3 miles every day, but not high heart rate. this kept my heart rate up and I'm sweating! I miss the gym where I'm pushed to go a little farther than I would on my own. This helped me keep it up...and I did! Report
Thank You.............. Report

Thank you very much...Even though I found it a little difficult to keep up... I kept walking in place using the in place walking as my go to move when I had trouble. I can't wait till I get more fit to try this Video again! I made it to a few seconds over 13 minutes... and it was a struggle. Report

Had to do low impact with less speed, but I did it. :-) Report
