I'm 27 years old, a mother of 2 beautiful girls (4 year old, and a 7 month old) and ready to get my life back on track and get healthy!!!

I can't do anything about yesterday, just change what I do today, so I will be around for tomorrow. :)

Monday - Cardio

Pre- pregnancy weight - 175 lb
Pregnancy weight - 225 lb
Goal weight - 135 lb

1/4/10 - 199 lbs (Weigh in at my 6 week check up)

Fitness Minutes: 2,570

My Goals:
Drop all the extra weight gained from this pregnancy since I was on bed rest, it really added up.

My goal is to change my eating habit from boredom eating.. to healthy eating. I need to fine tune what I'm eating. Get more "Fulling" foods. Try to eat more protein.

Also to do 60 min of cardio 3 times a week. (Go jogging 4 miles each night after work)

My Program:
I will bring my breakfast, lunch, and snacks with me to work prepared a head of time and calories counted. I'm going to stay in a calorie range of around 1200 - 1500.

MWF - 60 min Cardio
T,Th - 30 min strength

Personal Information:
I'm from the small town of Hutchinson Kansas.

Mother of a 4 year old girl , an angel who I lost on 12/07/08 (2 month pregnant and had a miscarriage), and a 7 month old daughter!

Love hanging out with the girlz. We meet every Thursday night and have our "ladies night". We have been doing this since High School.

Other Information:
I can't wait to start feeling better and seeing the results. I have a pair of "OLD" jeans I kept and would love to fit back into them !!!

    I like him, too, he's really sweet. I think I was frustrating him, though, because when he did my orientation and I was trying to do the exercises and it was hurting, I'd start laughing (not sure why?), and he's like "come on, concentrate" and I'd just start giggling. I missed my workout today because SOMEONE at work threw all my water bottles away that I had hidden in the cooler (apparently the health department doesn't like that), and so then I didn't want to go to the gym without one, lame excuse. I should have just gone and got my workout! But anyway, heading home. Let me know what you think about doing stairs, when would be a good time for you.

    You *should* join the YMCA again, I love it there. I am definiteley a "pusher", I bust my butt. I love that rowing machine, Suresh showed me how to use it, it's really hard, though, 10 minutes of that and I feel like my arms are going to fall off, ha ha! I'm not sure if they are still waiving the enrollment fee (know they were for part of January), I have a $20/month membership because they base it off my income, which is not that great, working at Sirloin Stockade.

    Mine's the "got back with my boyfriend" body, ha ha, but yeah, I hope Choose to Lose (along with SparkPeople) will help as well, hope to make some friends through this that I can exercise with, don't really know anyone here yet, and the people I do know aren't that much into dieting and fitness.
