I have so many reasons for why I want to succeed not only in my weight loss efforts but also in every part of my life! I want to be one of those people who say do like me, and not one of those people who says "do as I say, and not as I do"

I want to be happy and find gratitude in life.
I wan to find balance and moderation
I want to feel important!
I want to be able to stand up for myself
I want to be proud of myself and my accomplishments
I want to wear single digit jeans
I want to feel sexy and confident
I want to wear a bikini and be proud!
I want to be healthy and strong
I want to be a role model for my students
I want to be positive
I want to be present
I want to be a good listener
I want to understand
I want to help others who feel like me
I want to be able to have high expectations for myself and be able to reach those expectations!
I want to learn to cook (healthy!)
I want to feel in control!

2011 is going to be MY YEAR! I am doing this for ME! I am proving to myself that I am worth all of the effort and all the dedication and all the hard work! I am going to PROVE to MYSELF that I CAN DO IT! that I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to! I am headed in the right direction. And while its okay to look back and see how far I have come, I REFUSE to GO BACK! I am only moving forward from here on out!!!

My Program:
I have been working on slowly adding running into my workouts. I started the C25K program but I am taking it at my own pace! I have never been a runner before but I am working on it, day by day!

I have been slacking with counting calories lately but I am going to start it right away because when I count calories I see the lbs melt away!
