Hi I am from a great country called Trinidad and Tobago . I am enjoying reading the articles so I log on to Spark Page. It keeps me motivated to see other people doing the same thing!

2017 is here! I started back tracking and exercising in Oct 2016. I have been on the site for the last 2 months consistently.

I wish I could say I don't know how it happened but I do 266 pounds. Yep 266. It took a chest infection and a bout with dengue to wake me out of my stupor.

So somehow I convinced myself that it's ok to stay at 220. But did I no I gradually went back up to 240. It stops here. One pound a week for a year into 2013. I am going to be recording food and exercise every day. Swimming at least once a week and taebo at least twice a week. Blogging on SP at least twice a week. I will also stay fairly active on the message boards. I tend to weigh everyday but I will be recording weight every week on the pares and my page.

It says a lot that it is July and I am now updating the page comments. I really drifted since the triathlon and now my health has suffered. Ah well if I don't take of myself I can't take care of others. All year I have been taking care of others and I let myself be affected. Time to get back on track. Lose the pounds I gained and get back to regular exercise and proper eating habits.

Whoo Hoo I finished the triathlon!

We are now in 2009. Well I have always wanted to do a triathlon and it looks like this is the year to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am training for a sprint triathlon in May 2009 for charity. I have to raise 5000 TT - 900 US. This is to be used for children who need therapy but cannot pay for it.

I basically ended up maintaining all of 2008. My body like 220 and stayed above or below that by 5 pounds all year:) Ah well. I am so much fitter and stronger. I am scared stiff of doing the triathlon but Obama is making me feel like I can really do anything:)

Sparkpeople has been phenomenal in helping towards my goals. It would have been soooo hard without it I do not think I would have made this major goal of 220 without everyone here at Sparkpeople! I keep telling everyone about it.

Ok apparently I got totally derailed went back up to 224 lbs and was eating really badly. I have just started the P90 program and I am day 1 and back at 220 lbs. Sigh!

Hey 55 days of P90 done I gained to 222 then came back down to 217. Finally! Glad to be here.

I would like to get to 220 this year and 180 next year. I have not seen 180 in 13 years but I know I can do it.

January 2008 update

I hit 220 the first week in January!!!!!!!

I changed by next goal to 190 since 180 maybe a little small for my muscle I will reevaluate as I go along.

My Program:
Drink water every day. Softdrink or juice once a week.

Exercise at least 3 times a week
Swim at least once a week

Record my food everyday for a year.

Recording my calories staying between 2000 and 1500. Very wide I know but I was about 2800 before I started. I am also using Tae Bo 4 times a week

Update 9/24/07 Calories are now 1400-1750. I am doing it every day instead of just averaging out the week this is actually proving to be quite hard.

Update 1/6/08
Calories are now 1370-1720 Doing it everyday really made a big difference.

Tae bo or Turbo Jam or Yoga 3-5 times a week now from 25 minutes to 54 minutes.

Update 9/16/08
I was doing Taebo and not recording my food. stabalised at 220. I want to break through since I have spent most of the year here. I have started P90 six workout a week approx. 30 mins.

    I just came across your comment on someone else's page. You wrote "Why the Question marks?"

    I think she is sending her messages from a phone or something different. Sometimes when people do that and want to send smiley faces or thumbs up, it comes to OUR phones (and apparently Sparkpeople) as question marks.

    Just wanted to clear that up. I was about to ask her, too...until I saw your post. lol
