Update 11/12/12 - Man, I struggled off & on since Aug, when I reached the 100 lbs lost goal around my birthday... so much has happened in my life these past 3+ months (i.e. new relationship, new schedule, etc) but I'm coming out of it. I wanna get back to dropping 8-10 lbs a mth instead of struggling to lose 10 lbs in 3 months, feel me?? Somehow during this time period I did maintain my weight within 5 lbs so that's a personal victory in it self... I'm getting back on track now, matter of fact, as of Halloween, 10/31/12, I've lost 110 lbs, yes!!! :D And now since I'm "sick" of weighing 200-something esp when I'm close to Onederland my #1 focus right now is to enter that special place of weighing 100-something by the end of this yr regardless of the holiday season. It's totally doable, that's only at least 8 lbs away in 7 wks, yes!!


With each lb I lose, strand of muscle I gain, physical stamina I increase, I feel like I'm gaining more control over my life. It's about time I take over the reigns of my future health, God Willing, and cease my lifelong cycle of obesity & free the Athlete in me! I'm just now learning to respect my body as a temple to serve the Lord & I'm giving myself a chance to build a new life. I'm currently a happily Single Mom & I've been on this earth for nearly 29 years (tho every1 says I look barely 18 lol). However, many have told me that life really begins @ 30. Looks like I'm really starting to believe that. See u @ the Big 3-0 ;)

Fitness Minutes: 28,225

My Goals:
My immediate goal is to get to under 250 by March 18th, my baby's 2nd birthday. - DONE! 3/11/12

Also, I would love to get to 216 lbs, which is 100 lbs lost! by mid-June, my 1 year WL Journey Anniversary (Done 7/28/12, 13 mths in!!)

My next goal is to get to "Onderland" (199) BEFORE XMAS!! (as of 11/12, I'm 8 lbs away!!!)

Next, to get to A healthy weight of at least 170 and below (upper healthy BMI range) by again, my daughter's 3rd Birthday on 3/18/13!!!

Last but not least, due to the delays caused by my 3 mth self-sabotage (from approx 8/12-11/12), I vow to get to my goal weight of 140 (or at least 150) BEFORE MY 30TH BIRTHDAY, which is August 3rd, 2013!!!


My Program:
and of course exercise (in variety) 5-6 days/wk, ST 2-3 days/wk. Track my food, stay within all range as much as possible, stay hydrated, get rest, stretch, try to manage my reactions to stress. Include some cheat meals within reason. Stay in touch with my SP & gym buddies, consistency in all activities and most importantly, PRAYER!! Oh & not giving up even after having a rough week or two, being consistent & going after it, no matter what!! Lastly, tricking my mind into thinking that I'm not on a diet, rather, I'm living a healthier lifestyle w plenty of cheats allowed! :D

Update 02/9/13: 111 lbs lost as of today Sat 2/9/13, 19.5 mths into my WL Journey, yippee!!!! I finally broke thru my self-imposed plataeu and lost the 10 lbs of holiday gain on top of that. This is fresh WL territory baby!!
Now I'm 5 lbs away from Onederland for the first time in my adult life BEFORE MARIAH'S 3RD BIRTHDAY IN MARCH!!! YES!!!! CAN'T WAIT!! II CAN TASTE IT!!!
