My whole life I have always been struggling with my weight. I have tried all kind of diets and fabs to lose weight. I use to hate how when i was younge kids in school could eat this and not gain a pound and i would and blow up. I was told that I didnt have a very fast motabolisim and would have to work harder then others to burn my calorie intake. When i was young I was always over weight and tried all I could to lose it. Since I used bad diets my weight would go up and down like a rollarcoaster. I tried pills and shakes and all other popular diets that would make me maybe lose weight then gain it back again. But when in middle school i went throught a point where i didnt eat and would throw-up to try and not gain weight. It was something that I got to use to doing and didnt tell anyone, not even my parents. I would get headaces and get sick real easily. Then it seemed like I just stopped losing weight all the not eating just made me weak and i realized i wasnt going to lose anymore weight that way, so i start binge eating and piging out on sweets and junk that made me feel better at the time. I had alot of stress and depression thru 1st year of high school, so i got on a diet again and lost weight felt better then ever graduated and was the smallest size i have ever been. I got a job at a bank and sat most of my time there. my diet slowly faded and i got back into bad habits. i ate fast food for lunch everday didnt work out at all. I would say well im not going to gain all that weight back i will start back on my diet tomarrow and i kept saying that everyday until i gain weight back where i was considered obese. Now i and ready to make a difference and live a healther life. and lose 110lb!!! I love all the support i have gotten and want others to feel that i have your back all the way! NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR GOALS IN LIFE!!!
