In June of 1999, after weighing 246lbs, I started Weight Watchers Points System, and by March of 2000, I was down to 135lbs.....I felt great.......exercising, eating healthy, and loving life. Then I got divorced, lost custody of my kids, lost my dad and several other close family members within 18 months, and started to have major health issues. I was put on steriods off and on from 2005 until present, and have taken so many antibiotics.......I think that plus the stress of my life has put some weight back on. Plus not exercising and eating healthy did not help. I now weigh 166lbs. And am not happy about it at all.
I want to be 135 again.

My Goals:
I want to drink more water, exercise everyday and feel better overall.


My Program:
Eat between 1000-1200 calories per day.
Walk the dogs before and after work.
Do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred 5 days per week, and ride my elliptical 5 times per week.
Do not eat after 8pm-mostly due to my severe acid reflux.
I would like to be back to my image picture by fall.



Personal Information:
I am 41 years old, from a small town in central Pa, Wiconisco.
I enjoy camping and cooking and walking.
I belong to 2 different support for moms without custody...if you are in need, let me know. I have been alienated from my children for almost 5 years now, and the pain is almost unbearable at times, and I'm sure that has attributed to my health and weight gain.


Other Information:
Never quit, no matter how much it hurts.

    OMG! I just looked at your tracker and saw candy corn!!! OH NO! NOW I WANT SOME! You know how it comes in those round clear containers? I've been know to eat a whole one of those watching TV!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I've been REALLY, REALLY GOOD this week until now! Well, not yet! BUT, I'm planning on being bad! I made halloween cookies for my DR. & the nurses at the office last night and the frosting to go with. I took all but about 5 there today. But, I have TONS of frosting left over & it doesn't stand a chance. It's the kind you can pick off cakes and stuff. It's made with shortening!!! YIKES! But it's SOOO GOOD! I shouldn't cuz I finally broke 125 to 123 so now i think it's ok to mess up a little. NOT!!! I'll try to keep control. Thank goodness I cut the frosting recipe in half or I'd really be up a creek! emoticon emoticon

    How's everything today? Just thought I'd come by and let you know I'm here if you need me. My week is going so well I'm afraid of jinxing it if I say anything! emoticon But, I usually come on here whining about one thing or another. So, just thought I'd come around when things were on the right track. I seriously kicked my own butt on the treadmill yesterday! I did 7mph for 2 minutes 11 times AND walked a total of 4 miles @ 4mph! I did do it in 2 parts though. I only did 4 @ 7 the 1st time with a 1 mile walk. Then stopped cuz TV was coming on! emoticon emoticon But, I did go back and do the other 7 times and 3 miles along with the 15 min. ABS video & the 20 min. Dumbbell workout. Plus I stayed in my calories range again!

    So, have a great Tuesday!

    OMG! That's SO COOL! That's Hubby's & my anniversary!

    How's your day going? I gained a pound over night cuz I didn't sleep so I ended up eating! I would have to burn 1300 cals. just through exercise to stay on track! I'M NOT DOING THAT!!! I should drop if I sleep tonight! So, I'm not worried and Im still under my acceptable high weight by one pound! woo hoo! Gotta put a positive spin on the negative right now! emoticon emoticon

    emoticon That's sweet! I prefer black licorice but had the other brand in red in my food list so that's why it's on my tracker. I don't know what it is about black licorice but, it satisfies me really well. Even calms the chocolate thing!;)) I'm pretty short too. 5'4". I am stuck weight wise right now but you can see why by my tracker!!! So, I have no room to whine!:(( But being stuck at 126-128 isn't so bad when you look ALL the yummy stuff I have eaten the last 3 weeks. I'm going to try to make this my last "bad" week. BUT, we'll see!;)) I don't worry about my gaol weight so much anymore. I LOOK A LOT different. I wish I had "good" B4 photo's, full length ones. I think maybe I have one to kind of go with the last one I put up in the green top. But I have different clothes on. I go compare and see if it's worth the hassle I always have trying to upload photos.
