Hi there! My name is Bridget. I joined spark people at the beginning of April 2011. I am so glad with the changes I have been able to make in my life because of SP!!! I have a long journey ahead of me and I am just taking 1 day at a time! My goals are; being healthy, teaching my family how to be healthy, get in my workout EVERY day (whether I feel like it or not), drink lots and lots of water, and lose weight. Things I am looking forward to; Tying my shoes without having to grab a hold of my pant leg and pull my leg up onto my lap first, paint my toenails on my own again, fit into booths at the restaruants, have a higher self-esteem, swimming at the lake/river without feeling like I'm a beached whale (who must be dying or something cuz everyone is staring), water skiing and actually have balance again while doing it!, run a 5k, go to sixflags without worrying wether I will fit in the rides or not!, swinging on the swings at the local park without thinking I'm gonna break the dang thing, well you get the idea, the list goes on and on! I am so looking forward to this new lifestyle, can't wait to start meeting my goals head on!!! :)

My Goals:
My goals are first and foremost to NOT give up this time!!!! My ultimate goal is to get down to atleast 160 lbs. I haven't shopped out of the plus sizes in 10 years! I am so looking forward to that! Also, to teach myself how to eat healthy and raise my girls to eat healthy too! My other goal is to learn how to love exercising again like I did when I was 18, lol!


My Program:
Currently I am doing the SIS challenge here on SP. I do a minimum of 30 minutes cardio per day, and strength training atleast 3 days per week!

I love walking trails, being outdoors, reading, bowling, swimming, camping, and spending time with my friends and family!
