Well the holidays are over and I find myself right back at the beginning. I am going to see how well I can do over the next 6 months :)
1/28/12- Well the month of January has been a see-saw. I keep cycling the same 10 pounds back and forth. After ignoring my ticker, I have updated it and set myself a 30 pound goal to get myself back on track :)

12/1/11- I went to Europe mid- October and have gained a bit back along with my Thanksgiving eating. My weight keeps fluctuating between 170 and 180. Working on getting back into the swing of things. Still in size 12's.

9/29/11- I entered the 160's this month....barely ;) My weight loss continues to be slow, but I am pleased that I am staying true to my program :) I am wearing size 12 pants and have managed to fit into some size medium tops.

8/15/11- July and August have been slow loss months. I am now down 90 pounds. My size 14's are loose and I am working into generous sized 12's. I have lost in the last 2 weeks 2 inches off my hips and 1 1/2 off my waist. I tried out a couple Zumba classes last week :)

7/9/11- Well I was down another pound this morning, bringing my total to 83 pounds lost. I am now wearing size 14 pants and size large shirts. I am walking everyday and try to get 6 miles. I have done a little biking and have really loved going hiking :)

6/2/11- 1/2 way goal met. This morning I not only entered one-derland I also reached my 1/2 way mark. I am down 68 pounds. My pants are size 16 (loose, but not quite ready for 14's yet). I am wearing XL and L tops.

I have lost 1 1/2 inches off both my hips and waist.


The last few weeks have been challenging. My weight loss has definitely slowed down. I'm staying the course though :) I have just finished my 17th week. I have lost 58 pounds and have started to move into size 16 jeans. I am 10 pounds from the 1/2 mark.

4/15/11- update

I have just rounded out week 14. I have lost 52 pounds. I have added a walking schedule to my routine. My shirts are 1x and XL. I have lost 3 inches on my hips. I have started wearing 38" waist pants.

3/17/11-an update

Just an update :) I am about 10 weeks in and I have lost 40 pounds. I am waiting for Spring to start working out regularly. I am doing terrific staying on task with my intake. I have went down from a 3x in my shirts to a 1x and in my jeans, I have went from a size 24 to 22.

    Where are you going on your cruise? I am looking forward to my 3rd one in March to the Mexican Riviera . I just love to be pampered.
    Good luck on your trip with Spark People. I had a slow start but I figured out what I was doing wrong. I needed to move and exercise.
    I hope that Spark People will help you as much as it has me.
