My Goals:
Be happy
Be satisfied
Be healthy
Be kind to everyone, even me
Be true to my beliefs and values
Stop sweating the small stuff, the world will continue if that "i" is not dotted!

My Program:
Planning my meals ahead of time
Pay attention to my food when eating
Fresh veggies and/or fruits when I am craving a snack
No sweets after dinner more than 1 day a week
Drink enough water every day
At least 10 minutes of exercise every day.
Beat my SparkTracker steps goal at least 4 days a week

Personal Information:
I'm a member of the "clean plate club" who was brought up to celebrate, console, commiserate and distract with food. Now I am in charge of me, not my parents, not anybody else. I have to want to be healthier MORE than I want that "just a bite" snack.

Other Information:
Late 50's woman who owns & operates her own business.
Passionately in love with my husband, my kitties and my life in general. Like all good things, my life and health could use some sprucing up and improvements.

Whoa! It's been a minute since this was updated! "Mid 50's woman" hasn't been the case for more than a handful of years now. I've got 61 staring me in the face next month... thank goodness for hair color, right?! Call me Cleopatra, Queen of Denial! And besides, emotionally most days I range between 6 and 16 years old. Takes so little to make me happy, or excited. Kind of like a lab puppy. Not a totally bad thing. I'd much rather be stupidly happy than brilliantly miserable!
