    I liked the description on your page. I've been trying to hit 165 for over a year and a half now. I've lost 65 but the last 15 are tough. Staying with it though like you said. Still trying.

    Hey there sorry so long to respond i have been on and off here. He is not really:/ I pray soon but as of now really just talk about it and thats it. I have been doing personal training which i love and pinch myself that is my living now and just trying to get my kids to stay active.

    Chi Walking and Chi Running are about gradually learning to move more efficiently, and in ways that do not damage the body. We teach people to run more form the core and less form the feet and legs.

    This is how kids with little leg muscles run and walk. They line up the body and fall.

    Might be that this process would help you move better and might allow you to learn to run in a way that does not beat up your already damaged knees.

    Yeah I am in Ottawa, well Barrhaven. Grammy and I lived in the East end for years but a few years back moved west.

    I see you are a member of the runners cafe, so I assume that means you run now and again. I lead the Chi Running Team and also the Tai Chi team.

    I have done a couple of events in the Ottawa Race 5 km with my son and two grandkids, 10 and half with my oldest Grand kid.
