    Hi Cathy! Thanks for stopping by my page. I have added you as a friend. I am more than happy to help motivate you and support you. I promise if you keep up with the exercise you will find things you like. I have never loved working with a trainer (although I think it is great, and wish I could afford one right now). I do like walking, hiking, and riding my recumbent stationary bike while watching Jack Bauer kick butt on 24 DVDs! I hope you make your goal of 282 this week. I am hoping for 2-3 lbs which would put me at 274-275. I weigh in on Mondays and avoid the scale all other days.

    Came by to see if your food tracker was up and running yet. I am sure you will have more time when your folks go home and Ryan gets out of ICU. Just keep playing with it and it will help you plan your days better.

    Tried to check on your food tracker today...and either you don't have it public or your not doing it. I know you are super busy right now, but what a great tool to help you gauge your intake EVERYDAY. I am getting back at mine as of today and NO MORE EXCUSES. It only takes a few minutes and I know EXACTLY what I can eat and when to stop.
