Back to SparkPeople. First time, I created the account in April 2006. Lost weight, maintained. Closed the account in 2010. Created another one later that year, lost it earlier this year when I changed the email address attached to my account.

Meantime I used FatSecret to keep myself accountable and LOST 17.6 lbs by March 2013. I made it back to my top healthy weight for my frame (5'2"). Ideally, I'd want to lose 6-8 lbs more (vanity reasons).

Unfortunately, I managed to revert to some older habits - because of stress, the death of a family member and a demanding job - but I never ever give up.

Between Jun 2014 and June 2015, I have won two FitBit challenges at work: at least 70k steps a week.

I started with a FitBit One and in March 2015, I got my FitBit Charge HR.

For a while I switched to LoseIt but have never had real success with it and finding out that I cannot connect FitBit anymore unless I pay for a premium account really made me switch back to SparkPeople at the end of July 2017.

I've got a dreadmill at home and light weights (4.4 lbs). I love walking and hiking in nature. I currently have a FitBit Charge 2.

I've always struggled with eating enough but now more so because I exercise a lot more than before. I am keeping track of food on Sparkpeople. Somehow, a mostly vegetarian diet doesn't really add up calories. I use extra virgin olive oil on a daily basis and avocados as much as I can.

Last year I switched back to being a full-time freelancer and running my blogs.

Fast forward to 2020 and I'm looking for a KIND support system for a vegan woman. I tried Facebook Groups and they are incredible toxic.

On Oct 25, 2020, I'm within 8-10 lbs of the weight I was in 2007. I kept off, 20-25 lbs of the weight I lost back in 2006-2007. Which is not too bad, right?
