I've just been highlighting, copying and pasting my food and putting it on my computer myself. Print them out, so I can compare to what fitness site has for nutrition info. Can't get that from SP for some reason.
On the food tracking at FS, for 2 T. you may have to do 1 oz instead.
By the way, are you the DeeAnneE (I think that's how it was spelled) on FS? Or a different name? I'm SparklinQC, if you want to become friends on there. I like MyFitnessPal better.

Wow, that's five years ago. And yes, time flies when you're having fun. You can never tell when it's going to rain in certain areas. For example, in Puhi where I used to work, it rained practically every day. Sometimes heavier than others, but we always had an umbrella in hand (or in the bag).

The older two (ages 12 and 10) are very good swimmers. The young one (age 7) is a beginner, but she's not afraid of the water! Better than me (ha ha). They have had swimming lessons before, and I am so amazed at their progress.

Hubby's vision is fine as he has recovered from his "red" eye. It was my turn to see the eye doctor, and it's the same old same old with my vision. It's as best as it can be. Next visit is in March of next year.
