    Good evening Donna,

    How did you do on the weigh in? I did not so great but I know the reason why too. I didn't stay away from the sweets. So now it is back on the extremely limited sugar and added sugar for me. I am diabetic and so it is really a must for me. I have been diagnosed now for 3 years this come September. I was pre-diabetic for over 25 years then my mom died July 2016 and come September I just knew that I had it as I was craving sweets so badly that I even got in the van and drove to get that garbage. So I made an appointment with my family doctor and told him I was certain that I had full blown diabetes now. So he took some blood and sure enough the stress had thrown me over past the pre-diabetic point. I am now back down under the diabetic range but If I don't behave I will be back to taking medications again. Luckily for me it was just oral meds and exercise.

    Every woman on my mom's side has had it I was the only one to make it into my 50's all the others were told they had in the late 30's and early 40's .

    What is your favorite thing to do for activity? Mine would be anything in the water and then it would be dancing if I could balance better. So for now I settle for walking.

    Hi Donna,

    Thank you for the nice comment on my page. I am just not doing as well as I usually do with the water. Now we are on tracking something that I am even worse at doing. I generally do it on paper as it is really hard for me to do it on the computer even using Sparks. I'm going to work on better tracking this challenge. Wasn't home all day today as we went walking and deep cleaned my Aunt's home for her while she was away for the weekend. Are you good at the nutrition tracking? Any suggestions for doing better at it for me?

    Welcome to the Champions in the Kitchen team. I am happy that we are on the same team. I have a 17 year old son so I know what it is like having a teenager at home for me it is the second time around. I also have a daughter who lives at home who will be 33 next month and we had a son who would of been 34 last month. We have truly been blessed with our kids.

    How is week 1 coming along for you? I am struggling getting all 8 glasses of water emoticon in daily. I gave up soda a few challenges ago.

    Any suggestions on how to get in more water?

    I have to stop drinking water around 9:00 pm or at least cut back a lot or I would be up all night and I already don't sleep well as it is. Never have really.

    I am open to all suggestions.
