I am a day care teacher assistance working with 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 year olds.

I also love to workout at the gym. I have spent many many hours there. I do at least 7 classes during the week. Two times during the week I play water volley ball.

I go to the gym at least 5 to 6 days a week. Here is my schedule for the gym. It changes with the personal training I get.

Monday at 530 I do 1 hour of cycle or spin class with Dawn
I could have personal taining with Dawn here. She usually would not do that since I will be doing her cycle class.

Tuesday I usually would have 30 minutes of personal training with Dawn. Sometimes with another of Dawn's client. That makes it fun. I would also do some cardio, treadmill, AMT, EFX or ACR machine. I would choose 2 depending what we did in training. Is also water volley ball. 6 to 730.

Wednesday is going to be a day off from everything so far. I guess I would do circuit if we did not do it on Tuesday. If we did then I would do cardio, treadmill, AMT, EFX, bike, or ACH machines. I would choose 2 of them. I would make sure they are different fron the day before. I would also do sit-up and reverse curls too.

Thursday I would go to the gym and have Dawn for personal training again. This time I would be training with my husband. She was trainingi us like we were in boot camp. for 30 minutes. I kinda enjoy that. It is something different and I really do not like change. I am also getting quite bored of doing the same exercising every week. Dawn makes sure we are not doing the same boring exercises every week too. She changes it up.

Friday is our day off from the gym, We do go in around 9 PM to play water volley ball. It starts at 9 and ends at 10. We have a ball it is usually a lot small group then Tuesday.

Saturday is my busy day at the gym. I go in at 745 to go to Weight Watchers at 8. Then at about 845 I go down stairs to do the treadmill for about 10 to 15 minutes. After that I head to Fusion class 9 to 10. Right after Fusion I go to Dawn's cycle class 10:15 to 11:30 because it is Cycle and Abs. After that I am FREE to do what I want. I usually stay right at the gym because I have no way home. Unless Theresa or Michelle can give me a ride home. So then I stay at the gym until 4 or so when Rich gets there to pick me up.

Sunday is a day off from the gym we do not go for anything

My Goals:

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
I belong to a gym. I am very busy at the gym too. here is what I do at the gym.
Sunday is day off
Monday If I get to the gym early I go to Dawn's 60 minute cycle class. I sometimes have personal training with Dawn also.
Tuesday I do water volley ball for 90 minutes.
Wednesday I do a Synergy class for 60 minutes
Thursday I do personal training with Dawn. I would also do 30 minutes on the AMT machine and 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Friday is water volley ball for 60 minutes. I would also do some form a of cardio

Hi there my name is Donna. I am from New York State. I live 2 hours north of New York City and 2 hours south of Albany New York.

I love working with children and exercising. I would love to put those two things together. I am in the process of looking into and becomng a personal trainer. I would love to help parent's with over weight children.

I am very happily married here for about 10 years.
We have not children.
