13/05/2009 - I am dying and stagnated. Well I did put on a lot of muscles so that I droppedone dress size (now a UK size 12), but I still think that I am just too heavy (185 lbs). I had to sop the Personnal Trainning sesssions (credit crunch) but kept on exersising as much as possible. I did ask my personal trainer and she said that I am not eating enough calories. I am not eating more than 1200 calories a day and no carbs and she said that I should eat much more as seeing my height and size I could do with 1800 calories a day to lose safely. Now I'm really scared about that I might put on weight.
Could you advise me? I should launch a thread about that.

25/02/2009 - Well I am now very happy to announce that I lost 44 pounds and arounf 19 kgs. I am very excited and proud of this achievement especially now that I have my before / after picture. SparkPeople have been really helpful in helping me monitor the food I ate and the exersise I undertook. I still have some wight to lose and now would really like to have a buddy so that we could support each other preferably in London so that we could even meet up for some exersise.

11/02/2009 - Hello again. Needless to say that I didn't stuck to my previous objective and I took back all the weight lost to reach a worrying 94 kg or 207 lbs in early January. This is when I realised that I needed to control my destiny and instead of using the money saved to buy a Miu Miu bag I took on a personal trainer.
I started my programme exactly 4 weeks ago on Wednesday 14th January, with Tali, an inspirational trainer. She is amazing and a fantastic model and motivation for me. She took all my measurements and weighed me to my deepest despair and gave me a comprehensive diet plan that I could integrate to my very busy executive life.

I am going to the gym everyday but Sunday and started to enjoy running. The nutrition was hard on me of the first week but the more I am going the better it fits into my file.
4 weeks on, I am now weighing 86.5 kg - 191lb. I lost 8 kgs = 17 lbs in 4 weeks and my shape changed dramatically. All in all, since I started in November 2007, I lost a staggering 40 lbs.
I am so proud of myself and knows that everyday I am getting closer to my objective and I am now on the road to success.

Those picture of me were take just before I left France in October 2007 at my highest 229 lbs. In 2 weeks, I will put new pictures of me (dressed in purple) and will smile at me!!!!

01/09/2008 - Hi. I'm a new joiner. I am French living in London.
In November 2007, my weight was 103.9 kg (229 pounds) which is my highest weight. I started a hypocaloric diet with a lot of exercise and reached 90kg (198.5 ponds) in March 2008. Since then I did not lose more weight so now I am on a low carb diet since Monday, September 1st.
I am going back home for Christmas on December 22 and hoping that I will be at 67 kg.
Wish me luck and motivation!
