    Afternoon Hello,

    You were asking a question on our Team's Page, "I Can Do All Things Through Christ" about posting Team Goals.

    Each month I bring to the Team "Monthly Team Challenges-Goals" and "Team Weight Challenges-Goals" I set out a plan and usually have 2 Challenges to work on, a choice of Fitness and Nutrition challenges that you can choose from.

    I invite you to come and check them out. Under that Team Forum you post your daily results. At the end of the month I send out Team Emoticon Rewards and acknowledge each Team Member with a Team Message congratulating you on the great job you have done and invite you to join me and others on the new Month I have posted.

    Many of us here are trying to lose weight, some a lot, some only a few pounds. If you are, I wish you much success. emoticon

    But, whether you are or not, it's a good plan to take things one healthy meal and one exercise at a time and always believe in yourself that you WILL reach your life's goals, one positive day at a time. emoticon
