all my life my weight has been an issue. i have a massive sweet tooth and not enough self control. before i had kids i was waitressing and not eating so much and drinking tons of water plus dancing every weekend with friends so i had lost quite a bit of weight.
then came kid 1. i gain a lot when i'm pregnant. but after a while i had lost 30 lbs and then i got pregnant again and so i gained it all back PLUS SOME!
Its hard to find time for exercise when i have a 4 1/2 yo boy + 2 step boys ages 10 and 7 on top of a fill time job that includes OT. so i'm always stressed. But i started eating better and fixing them and DH heathier foods.. still indulge from time to time but nothing like I used to. I take mini walks at work during my break to help with stress and me and my best friend hit the workout room at work during lunch so i'm feeling better about all of this. I realized I CAN do it, and so can you. Good luck to all of you fabulous people.

My Goals:
my main goal is to lose all this baby weight and get back to my healthy weight before i had ANY kids!

My Program:
i'm trying to watch what i eat [easier said than done tho] and get more active!

Personal Information:
i am from louisiana and currently reside in minnesota. i miss all my ppl from back home. its been 5 yrs now since my dad moved to Heaven. so i'm trying to get my mom to move up here to be with me and her grandkids! but i want her to see a slimmer me next time she sees me! :)

Other Information:
I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again.
