    Thanks for the kind words on my blog. So glad I could make you laugh. It's so strange, between my mother and my teens I never know when they will like me and when they will be angry with me or just totally irrational and I cannot figure out what I contribute to it.

    It definitely represented the low point in advertising objectifying women and the backlash was welcome and justified
    I wish I had learned that first step - just stop gaining - in my 40s instead of my 60s.

    LOL. Yes, emerging from slob life will be difficult. I keep in touch with friends, but occasionally I run into a perfectly nice acquaintance at the grocery store and my hermit self gets all anxious having to engage in conversation. Of course part of the problem may be masks make it harder for me to understand the person and I never recognize anyone in a mask to begin with.
