Hey, my name is Jackie. I have four kids and I'm tired of being fat. I'm not a great dieter or exercise person. My sister told me what she has been doing, and here I am. Well as you can see I set my sparkpage up in Feb., but I didn't have a computer at the time, so nothing got done. Now I have one so here we go! I resently lost my job, so now I have time to exercise and watch what I eat better. I don't like to cook but I have been making myself do more of it, since I'm at home. I love being at home and spending time with my kids! Another upside of being home is, I'm getting things done around the house.4/2010

My Goals:
My goals include losing about 50 pounds. I would also like to do things without getting short of breath. And you know what would be really nice, to put on something and walk out the door instead of changing at least 5 or 6 times!

My Program:
I watch what I eat and I'm trying to change different things that I do eat. I also do at least 30 minutes of some kind of exercise each day. Plus of course, get at least 8 glasses of water a day.
