    Hey there. I had to drop by today to let you know about this gallon a day goal...

    I'm up to 2 quarts - 1/2 way there right. :-)

    It's definitely harder than I imagined it would be. I hope to be up to a gallon by the end of next week though.

    Thanks for the advice - that is one thing that makes me mad, I never measured myself when I started this. And to be honest, I don't even know where the soft measuring tape is (guess I should pick some up at the store!). To make matters worse, I wrenched my knee today and it's just shooting pain when I walk. And I was actually looking forward to Insanity tonight. Going to have to wait a day or two again. Ah well - it will come!!

    Hi there. Thanks for posting to my blog yesterday. You asked me what ST exercises I planned to do. I posted to the blog just in case anyone else was interested that may read it... but I mentioned I would post to your page too so that you don't have to check my blog for my answer to your question. LOL.

    Here it goes:
    "I'm using my 8 and 10 lb hand wts for my arms and I have a 20 lb thigh wts and 5 lb ankle wts. My doc mentioned doing sets of 10-12 during tv time and do bicep curls, arm raises, shoulder press, butterfly, for my arms. As for my legs I will do straight leg raises w/ my ankle weights while sitting in a chair and leg raises while laying on my side while using thigh wt. How about you?"
