It seems the last time I was here to update much of anything was exactly a year ago. So much for that. But oh well. Onward and upward, right?

2015 is going to be a different year. It has to be. Not because I made a "really really good resolution" this time. Not because I'm hoping that the year will pan out for once. I've realized that the people who have "incredible" years make them so. And this year I will make it the best I can.

That means setting actually realistic goals, building good foundations, and giving myself a break once in a while. I don't have to do it all at once. In fact, I don't have to do it all period. At least not right away. There is a reason nature makes us crawl before we walk, and walk before we run, and it's high time I stopped trying to start with a sprint.

Fitness Minutes: 481

My Goals:
*lose all the weight I've gained in the past year (about 50 pounds) and get rid of the extra weight I seem to always have had around (another 20 pounds!)

*get my systems back into full, happy function

*get established in my spirituality and get involved in church and community outreach

My Program:
*work to regulate my hormones and build foundations for good health down the road

*maintaining a consistent- not constant- blog to document my progress

*get as many other people on board with what I'm doing to help support and encourage me

Personal Information:
*from a small town in Iowa, moved to a smaller town where I'm living by myself and enjoying the quiet (mostly)

*awesome family= mom, dad, sister and husband and the cutest nieces and nephew ever!

*love anything art related, drawing, sketching, painting, sculpting, dance, music, etc

*repaired my finances from fairly significant debt (for where i was in life) to having paid off all such debts (including two cars and medical bills) all before turning 21!

*ready to take on a new year and make it better than the last. Goodbye 2014!
