As years go by, our body changes. Hormones change, metabolism changes, nutritional and physical ability may change. This is a journey that each of us have to face but we don't have to do it alone.
Update: June 25 Bad cholesterol went down again from 144 to 122 in the past two months.

Update: April 23 Bad LDL Cholesterol went from 167 to 144.

Update: March 2013. Gone Vegan. And losing. And loving it.

Update: November 28, 2012
At age 55, it is time to really start messing around with my health issues.

Under Drs. orders, he wants me to get my cholesterol down which has skyrocketed again. My plan is to eat more fruit and veggies and post to blogs the things I have done, what is working, what is not working, and how I am feeling. I also have some other goals which will be posted along the way.

Decembert 2013 UPDATE:
My cholesterol is down. My triglycerides are done, and my glucose is very good. Guess going vegan was a great thing for me to do.

My Goals:
Find new recipes with less cholesterol. fat and are vegan.

My goal is to be totally vegan.

My Program:
As of March 1, 2013 I gave up counting calories and have gone totally vegan.

I am moving my body while watching online videos at least 3 days a week.

I enjoy reading health articles and recipes online.

Watching youtube videos is also one of my favorite things.
