This new update is long time coming. I keep coming and wandering around but never seem to stay. A friend and I have been doing our own wt loss thing. Been pretty successful and down 13 lbs. however been having a hard time lately and faltering. I figured stop watching so mNy cross stitch and decor you tube and come back here.
65 this new yrs eve... I have goals.long long overdue due goals, many that have been on back burner too long.
So, back snd will try to post daily. No reason not to as am on tablet sometime every day.
I have done well Jan to April. I have medical reasons to stay on track, so big girl panties, pullup my boot straps and carryon.

I have been deamed a sp motivator... guess it’s my perseverance! But now it’s going to be cos I reach my goals. A few more arthritis issues to deal with, learning to adapt exercises so don’t wreak my rotator cuff more, hurt my hips etc. But hey if there’s the will there’s a way... and with a few “always there for me SP friends “ I will succeed.

My 60th birthday was 2 wks after being told I had cancer. A scary time, this year has bought anout a lit of changes. One very important one is I have learned how strong I can be. If I can fight cancer, I can certainly fight a cookie or muffin!

So thanks to old friends, welcome new!

-Incorporate healthier foods that are good for my body.

-use our recumbant bike
-to do stretches and mindful exercises.
- to love me and my being.

Personal Information:
I am married and have 2 grown children son and daughter. Both my children are married and my son has 2 children, a boy and girl. My daughter has a son after 8 yrs of trying and another son soon to arrive.

I live in Atlantic Canada

Other Information:
I enjoy reading and cross stitching . I like to walk even though my back issues are making it harder.
