UPDATE: Wow I haven't been on here in ages! But I can say that SparkPeople really helped put me on the path to a healthy life. I am now 22 years old and currently 138 lbs. (down from 187). Everybody says I look great but I still have a personal goal of 128 so I'm working to get there. Also I'm getting MARRIED to my soulmate next summer and so excited!! This is also increased my motivation to get to my target weight. Although my fiance has been extremely motivating throughout my weight loss journey and is fit himself, he has continued to loved me at all my sizes and even though our wedding day is all about the love we share and our declaration of that to the world, I want to look fabulous and feel great. Did I also mention that I will be graduating college with my Bachelor's degree in Nursing in the Spring. So many exciting changes in my life and I want to make sure my mind and body are up to the task.

Hi my name is Kelsi and I am 20 years old. I am looking to get fit, tone up, and burn fat.
I previously lost 16 lbs. (took me out of the obese to overweight category) over 4 1/2 months by changing to healthier habits. I am looking to now solidify those habits and lose more weight so that I can be in the normal range for my BMI

My Goals:
I want to lose 50 lbs, tone up and get fit. These are the best years of my life and I want to face them in the best shape possible.

I'm giving myself all the time I need as long as there is a steady progression. The goal is to bring both the body AND mind into a state of wellness.

My Program:
Eating: First and foremost learning to eat ONLY when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Also to drink 8-12 glasses of water a day and stay within my calorie needs.

Exercise: My ultimate goal is to make exercise a daily habit.
