My Goals:
My Vision Statement:
In the coming year, I will prioritize and focus on my life's most important commitments.

I will pray every day to care for my soul. I will commit to fitness and healthy nutrition every day to care for my body. I will make time in my day for creative and enjoyable pursuits to care for my emotional health.

I will strive to make these lifestyle changes sustainable, so that they will become behaviors that come naturally to me.

I will accept that there will be setbacks along the's part of the journey.

I only control one thing in life: my own choice.

My Program:

I follow the Weight Watchers program. I like the fact that it was originally designed to prevent/control diabetes. It is also a program that I am able to follow for a lifetime.
Cal: 1000-1400
Protein: 60-100
Carbs: 80-150
Fat: 20-50
