Happy Fall. I'm taking control of my life. I'm tired of being overweight and how the effects ripples over into all parts of my life. I need to take control of my health. Right now,my health problems have to do with the way I eat and not move. I need to be more conscious of the choices I make. I need to do this and take control of my life :)
