How many times have I said that? Lots of times. But here I am again with renewed determination to to do it this time.
I will not give up on myself I will keep trying until I become the person I know is inside me.
The one who chooses healthy food the majority of the time, the one who exercises without trying to talk herself out of it. The one who puts herself first when needed and doesn't always do what she thinks other want her to do!!
This is what I am working's more than just losing weight.....I am working on the whole person. It could take a while...LOL.

Life is busy....whose isn't? I have been married to my wonderful husband for 33 years! We have a 24 year old son and a 20 year old daughter.
I work full time in a Kindergarten as a Papraprofessional. I love the kiddies and the way they look at the world. They make me smile every day :0)

The plan.........
1. Stay within my calorie range.
2. Water, water...I actually like water :)
3. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Plus, sneak extra exercise in whenever possible, like when DD is practicing softball I will walk in the park.
4. Track everything that goes in my mouth!!!! Here is where I have a problem, I have trouble making time to do this. This is something I have to work on because when I track I lose weight!
5. Put myself on my list of things to do everyday!

Reasons to lose the weight.....just to remind myself!
1. I will feel better about myself.
2. To fit into the clothes I have in the closet.
3. To get healthier, lower my blood pressure.
4. To be around and healthy when my kids have a few years time.
5. To enjoy shopping for clothes instead of dreading it.

I am sure there's more that I can add later. I just have to focus on myself more, not be selfish just put me on my "to do list" :)

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and to get healthier.

To learn that it is OK to put me and my needs first sometimes.

I want to able to change my eating habits for life and also to accept that exercise is a part of that healthier life style.

My Program:
Track all of my food.

Eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veg daily.

Drink my water.

Go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

Sneak in exercise whenever possible.

Take some time for me everyday even if it is only 15 minutes.

Get enough sleep every night.

Personal Information:
I am originally from the UK and I am living in Georgia.

I am married with 2 children, son 24 and a daughter 20.

I work in our local school in Kindergarten.

Other Information:
I like to cook and bake, watch murder mysteries, camp with the family.

I miss Wales and my family. Luckily we visit quite often.
