    Yeah, I'm a bit on the tall side, too and no one ever believes me about my weight, I've been told I 'wear it well' and that definitely helped me get too comfortable.

    Losing weight is generally not a straight line down...would that it were! think about doing all the right things: tracking your food, eating healthy more times than not, moving more, getting sleep, drinking your water....all those healthy habits.

    when I started back in 2011 I did lose weight pretty quickly in the beginning; had a lot to lose. If it slowed down it was usually because I was eating more than I needed or my body just hit a plateau which happens. don't give up!
