I understand your plan. Another indicator that you may not be eating enough that I faced was mood swings because my body was not getting enough calories no matter how much I ate. I kinda ran out of reserves so when I was leveling off my anger especially got out of control and left me trying to find a balance, not as easy as people think and they don't understand so they kinda make fun of your situation by saying things like "Wish I had your problem of having to eat more!" even my doctor said this to me. Hope you do not have to go through this, finding that balance was a tricky thing for me that I still adjust all the time. You may also have to deal with not losing weight anymore which can get addicting or leave you expecting to see results, your new results is seeing the same number on the scale and being healthy which is great but you kinda have to get use to it. You may also freak out if the scale ever goes up, give yourself a range to stay in and know you will freak a bit ever time you go up. It all just takes some getting used to, especially the eating more. Do not see this as negative things just things to be mindful of and hopefully you will be better prepared because you already know this stuff can happen. No one ever laid it out like this for me so I wanted to give you my experience to make yours a better one. This is all great stuff we have done but it does have some curve balls and bumps that don't always see or expect. Please feel free to ask any questions or talk about anything you may come across, not as many people going through this to talk with. Have a great weekend!

How many calories are you supposed to be eating now that you are maintaining? Your numbers look kinda low?

A big hello and welcome to Sparks. I hope your journey here will be a blessing to you. I have almost been here a year and I'm still loving it. There is a lot of info you will recieve and friends waiting to be made to help encourage you along the way. Try not to let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks before you feel like you know what your doing. No question is a dumb question. We all had to ask a lot of them. Stay focused, it is a long journey. I do hope you will stay here for the long haul. It's one we are doing together. If you need anything just let me know.

    Blessings, Susan
