    Thank you for your comment on my blog posting. I can honestly say that if I wasn't exercising every day, and eating every 2-3 hours...I don't know if my weight would be changing. I've found that, for me, I need to move my body more and walking is a huge help. Most my exercise (all my cardio) is walking at a fairly fast pace or uphill...and it's all done at home on my treadmill. If we hadn't made that investment, I would still be 241 lbs. My life is just too busy to try and get to a gym. Anyway, you too can lose the weight you want, it just takes time and focus. If you can't manage the whole nutrition/exercise, then tackle one area at a time. I checked over your food intake and you seem to be on the right track. I've seen many days when you eat under 1200 cals, so maybe that could be an issue for your body (starvation mode). But you seem to make decent food choices! YAY!

    If you can't get out to exercise at all, I read about a great walking DVD program that you can do at home: http://www.walkathome.com/ - apparently it's a good program to do. :)

    Anyway, keep up the good work and be patient. I know...I know...easier said than done! :)

    Hey stranger than me!!! Long time no hear. How you doing? I see you are still participating on here and floating about. That is great. I am still waiting on test results to get some final answers. hopefully on the 30th. my next dr appt. keep me in your prayers, just thought i would stop by and say hi.
