    It's Motivational Monday! Welcome to Motivational May - the first full week of the new month.

    After a very long winter, spring has officially arrived. Mother Nature leads the way in showing us that Spring is the natural time of growth and renewal. Yes, after winter's heavy coating of slumber and solitude, it seems that our spirits awaken as well. There is an exciting vibration in the air, and that stirs our senses and beckons us to come outsiide. The desire to become more active, to take action on new projects or things in our lives, and create change in our lives spurs us from our cozy cacoon.

    M – Momentum is cumulative - so keep yours going.
    O – Opportunities are awaiting your discovery. Be mindful to see them.
    T – Today is what is important. Stay focused.
    V –
    A – A stumble may prevent a future fall.
    T – Turn your wounds into wisdom.
    I – If you bite it, be sure to track it.
    O – Open your mind to new possibilities.Opportunities
    N – Ninety-nine percent of success is built on failure.
    A – Always do your best because that is all you can do.
    L – Laughter is the fireworks of the soul.

    M – Minute by minute you can win it!
    A – Accomplishments are found in the journey – not the destination.
    Y - You are in control of your progress to meet your goals.


    Why not schedule some time each day to sit quietly and ask "yourself" for help in letting go of these things that have been holding you back to allow more room in your life for new things to arrive? As you let go of these things, feelings, along with emotions that are literally "holding you hostage", you open the front door to the universe to usher in something better for you. Think of it just as you do about looking forward to opening your windows and letting in all the fresh spring air to get rid of all the "stuffiness of winter" in your house - a breath of fresh air into your life!

    Let's get our motivation going by opening up the windows to the sweet, gentle breezes of opportunity and positivity, and let all of that fresh air in! Take a deep breath and feel the energy flow into your being.

    Guess what? I have homemade potato soup in the Crock-Pot with 2 cups of shredded carrot!

    I threw in some onion, chicken bullion, seasonings, and later throwing in some cheese I saw lurking in the fridge, a can of condensed milk and some milk.

    I am really excited!

    Aloe there and Happy Friday! Here we are, at the end of another week. I don't know about you, but this week literally flew by lickety-split! The weekend's coming - so let's get the good thymes rolling - shall we? I hope thistle give you a few giggles. . .

    What kind of stockings do women gardeners wear?
    Garden hose.

    It's a little gnome fact that almost all garden gnomes have red hats.

    My husband is an Earth sign and I am a Water sign. Together we make mud.

    My fear of roses is a thorny issue. I'm not sure what it stems from, but I'm stuck with it.

    How much room should you give fungi to grow?
    As mushroom as possible.

    Yesterday, I got escorted out of the Farmer's Market for disturbing the peas.

    The raisin wined about how he would never achieve grapeness.
