I have let my weight get out of control since I had my first child 17 yrs ago. I have had two more children since (13, 3) and never really consistently tried to lose the excess weight I gained. (I gained 50+lbs with each pregnancy by the way!) Negative thoughts and situations, bad eating habits and a lazy lifestyle left me feeling unmotivated, depressed, tired and with a lot of excess fat ALL over my body.

God has given me the gift of health in mind and body and I will not take it for granted another day.

I envision myself having a lean, toned feminine physique that can run 5k's and beyond. An energy that is radiant and carries no tension thanks to hours of clean eating, yoga, prayer and meditation. Tight toned legs. Lifted, rounded bum. Leaned out upper body.........

SHORT TERM GOALS
------------
July 14, 2012- New home. Working two jobs for at least 6 months. Increased flexibility. Keep a daily journal.

August 30, 2012- New vehicle. Can do the splits.

November 6, 2012- Wear the sexiest dress that I have ever worn in my life for my birthday.

December 2012- In college.

My Goals:
To keep God first in anything and everything I do!

To be the best that I can!

To never give up. To keep looking forward. Lose excess body fat. Tone up all over. Eat clean as a lifestyle change. Run 5k and so on until I run a full marathon!

Focusing on my long term goal of losing 45-50 lbs. 3 months at a time.




My Program:
To focus on being consistent and not quitting, EVER!

Eat clean 5-6 times per day.

At least 30 min of cardio 4-5 times a week.

Weight lifting 3 times a week.

Pilates or yoga twice a week for flexibility.

    Whenever we’re thinking, our experience is being filtered through our minds. For example, when I say to myself, “What a beautiful sunset!” I am not fully experiencing the sunset because I am involved with the words in my mind.

    Explore letting go of the thoughts, the words, and connecting directly with your experiences. Tune in to the silence and the sensations in your body. Be aware of the spaciousness this brings because this is truly living in the present moment.

    Being present doesn’t mean that we have to abandon thinking entirely. That’s not feasible, of course. But we can experiment with what it’s like to stop thinking once in a while!

    Remove the filters - Only in quiet waters things mirror themselves undistorted. Only in a quiet mind is adequate perception of the world.

    Today look at your surroundings without filters and enjoy the beauty around YOU!
