I chose to post 4 of my goals for 2021 on my banner. As of last week I have now walked to our mailbox 3 times. My doctor is elated. My task was to start out trying to do it every other day. He told me to give myself a few weeks to be able to walk that far successfully 3 times in one week. I fooled him, I did it the first week! This week I am walking 2 days on 1 day off and 2 days on. I still have to use my walker but the hope is my lungs and back get strong enough that I can walk with just my cane by the end of Summer.

My word anagram for this year is FAB!!!

F - Faith that God will see me through
A - Action; I have to take action and do my part
B - Believe - Believe in myself

My health is still not well. Of course it is not going to improve. But if I could get some of this weight off it might make increase my quality of life and extend my length of life as well.

There are 2 words that I have chosen to be my favorite words but not just for this year, for always. They are Believe and Faith.

My plan for success has not changed much. The only thing I am changing is the length of time on exercise.

1. Drink my Slimfast for Breakfast daily
2. Prepare healthy lunch at home each day
3. Practice mindfulness for 15 minutes
4. Tai Chi 15 min, Cardio 30 min 15 Stretch or Tai Chi
5. Track everything I put in my mouth
6. Eat 2 fruits/vegetables
7. Drink at least 8 glasses of water
8. Plan my menu for the next weeks
9. Do something for me for at least 15 minutes
10. Spend quality time with DH

A lot has changed since I first made my page. My health has deteriorated. I am going for adouble heart cath tomorrow (June 12). The presumption is that I have CHF. I will update again once I have answers. For now here is my plan for each day.

1. Drink my Slimfast for Breakfast daily

3. Practice mindfulness for 15 minutes
4. Exercise for 20 minutes
5. Track everything I put in my mouth
6. Eat 2 fruits/vegetables
7. Drink at least 8 glasses of water
8. Plan my menu for the next week
9. Do something for me for at least 15 minutes
10. Spend quality time with DH

I will review this list weekly to see if it needs amending

Update: No CHF!! Yay! But the tests continue to find what is going on. I plan to continue living my plan day by day with God at my side.

I am grandmother to 5 beautiful grandchildren, mother to 3 stunning daughters and wife to the most wonderful man and my best friend.
I love to scrapbook, read, color, sing and do lots of crafts with my grandchildren.

    Why not schedule some time each day to sit quietly and ask "yourself" for help in letting go of these things that have been holding you back to allow more room in your life for new things to arrive? As you let go of these things, feelings, along with emotions that are literally "holding you hostage", you open the front door to the universe to usher in something better for you. Think of it just as you do about looking forward to opening your windows and letting in all the fresh spring air to get rid of all the "stuffiness of winter" in your house - a breath of fresh air into your life!

    Let's get our motivation going by opening up the windows to the sweet, gentle breezes of opportunity and positivity, and let all of that fresh air in! Take a deep breath and feel the energy flow into your being.
