Read below for current status. I gained a lot of my weight back because I left SP. Lesson Learned: Don't Leave SP!!

Update: February, 2020
I've been under stress due to family & work situations. I saw my doctor and came up with a game plan. In March I will get back to Intermittent Fasting, Exercising and SP diet plan (hoping to get Very Specific with my plan between now and March) as shown in my program.

This was a note for when I was working my program in my fifties & did really well: I've been here before under another profile. I've achieved tremendous success. I used to weigh over 218. Now I weigh 168. At some point I'll share my other profile with you so you can see that journey. It was not easy. It was worthwhile.

Yes, it is not a path that is easy, losing weight for me. It is a path full of pain that leads to joy. It is the only path I choose to be on. God is joyful. There are times when He has a great sense of humor. Up above the clouds there is only joy. Let's do this thing!

Update 7/9/16: I am back after weighing in at just slightly over 180. Today I went to the gym and did a mile on the elliptical. I'm not going to get back to 218. Not going back there. I can do this. The good thing is that I KNOW HOW to do it because of SP!!

Fitness Minutes: 9,346

My Goals:
My Goals are to be working a Full Fitness Program as shown under the My Program section.
I'd feel comfortable weighing 150.

My Program:
Intermittent Fasting: Eat between 10 AM and 6 PM only.

Walking & Elliptical
Daily: Walk 20 minutes before work, at lunch & after dinner daily. Get 10K steps daily.
Saturday: Work up to a 5 mile walk on Saturday.
Sunday: Work up to 60 minutes on Elliptical - 10 minutes to start.
M, W & F: Work out with Weights 3 times a week, upper & lower.

Yoga: Saturday - Start easy. Do Yoga Online with Brad holding one position. Work up to more poses at night. Eventually get back to classes.

Diet: Continue SP calorie count, water, etc. and try to stay within the Nutrient Guidelines. Eat nuts, fish and avocados as per doctor's recommendations.

Other Information:
I enjoy a weekly yoga class, walking & working out on the elliptical...I enjoy watching college football and basketball and the Miami Dolphins. I enjoy reading, personality study (psychology), walking our dogs, picking stocks, shopping, organizing, decorating & playing with my grandchildren as well as HH with friends & long talks with my best friend.
