Trying to look good for my Anniversary...need to loose 50lbs to fit in my wedding dress my husband picked out for me (he doesn't know I have it). Most important, I feel that my outside needs to match my inside. I feel great about myself, I'm confident that I look good, but then the photos come out of the old me & I think I need to get back on track.
I look back at when I started this program and wonder..."what the heck have I been doing all this time?" Then I realized that I've had 2 pregnancies since and there is still no excuse. At some point I have to just say it: "I'M DONE BEING FAT!" I used to be attractive. I used to feel like my self esteem matched my outside, now to so much. I used to fit in places that I can only dream about now. I never felt bad riding a motorcylcle with my husband. Just before I got too pregnant I went riding with him and burned a hole in the undertail of his bike...I haven't been on since. Yes, I was 5 mos pregnant and yes, that was a reason. I'm not pregnant anymore but I do weigh the same and I'm sure it would happen again if I did. I have to do all this for myself and to make me feel better. I WON'T BE FAT ANYMORE! :D

My Goals:
by 12/15 I want to weigh in at 175, by 01/15 I want to be 165, & by feb I want to be atleast 155. Only building short term goals...baby steps...I can't feel overwhelmbed by all this otherwise I'll go back to being huge.


My Program:
I love the workouts from sparkpeople. I change it up by doing what my physical therapyst wants me to do, Core Secrets, and I use Slim Quick as a supplement. It has been helping so long as I can keep up with my diet.
